The Surcharge Calculator iPhone app is now live in the App store.  After what seemed an indefinite wait for Apple’s review and approval, it is finally available (they must have all been too busy preparing for the iPad Mini release – which coincidentally was announcemed at about the same time as the Surcharge Calculator went live).
